The Salisbury Rowan Cultural Arts Foundation is a non-profit (501(c)3 pending) organization.

Our mission is to promote Cultural Tourism and to increase awareness of Salisbury/Rowan County Cultural Arts.

 We are not a Political Movement or a political lobbyist group.  We are not a coalition of Artists or a spokesman for the Cultural Arts Community.  We are not government sponsored or a Governmental Agency . We have no paid staff and currently do not maintain a full time office. Everyone involved is a non-paid volunteer.  We are supported by your donations. 

There are no fees, dues or assessments to those groups involved.  Participation is voluntary.  We strive only to co-ordinate, produce and promote the Cultural Arts Festival.  We want people outside Rowan County to know what is inside.
